Jail Release

Being arrested can be a horrifying experience where you are not always aware of what’s going on. You should always be aware of the facts of going to jail and what all the procedures will be. You need to know what you are going to be up against.

Jail release is pretty straight forward if you are looking at the title. Jail release is, with the help of a lawyer, getting out of jail using one of a couple of different methods. The first method is being able to get out of jail on a bond of some type. This means that once you go before a judge for your case, they will assign you a bail amount. You will then have to get someone to get you either the money or a bail bond from a bondsman to get you out of jail. A bail bondsman will have to sign an agreement with you face to face basically stating that you will not leave town. This agreement will also say that you will show up on your appointed day to see the judge. If you have enough money to pay for the bail, then you can just get a cash bond. This means that someone representing you will come in and give the money for your bail. If this is your first offense, you may also be available for what is called a personal bond. If you have a clean slate up until this point, the judge will see you as a non-flight risk. They will often let you out with a personal bond and you will not have to pay any type of fee.
